The Tata Motors product Tata 407 / (4 x 2) hard-top troop carrier has been designed with an aim to carry goods. It has 4 SP TC engine with vacuum-assisted hydraulic dual circuit breaks and tandem master cylinder (exhaust brake optional).
This model has live axle and differential lock and a fine air hydraulic brakes with independent hydraulic circuits for front and rear brakes. It has power steering with variants, Troop Carrier, Ambulance, 2KL Water Bowser.
